In my meditation class, we are supposed to pick a personal mantra to help us focus while we do our body checks and begin to meditate. I have a wandering mind and am hopelessly sidetracked by my rambling brain. I thought really hard about what I wanted, I looked into several more conventional mantras, and decided on,
